Progeca
2025 Sustainability ReportProgeca has been designing and managing large building sites since 2002. For its first sustainability report I received seven text documents, the certifications and an org chart: the result is a 136-page book, printed in two formats.
- The Caluso headquarters redrawn: a red volume, with the year of the report on the glass corner.
- Six millimetres for title and year: year after year, the reports read in a row on the shelf.
- The three offices, Caluso, Milan and Rome, with contacts and logo: the back works like a business card.
The headquarters becomes the cover
For the cover I redrew the Caluso headquarters: the white façade becomes a red volume, the glass corner carries the year of the report written vertically. An image you recognise at once, ready for the next editions: just change the year.

Seven documents, one book
The content arrived as seven Word files, one per chapter, with tables to rebuild and all the 2025 data under the European VSME standard. Before drawing anything I built the structure: a two-level contents page, a grid for text and tables, a style for each kind of data.
The opening introduces the company with three words cut by the page edge, Istinto, Dinamicità, Determinazione (instinct, dynamism, determination): each word carries on across the next page.

One colour per chapter
The colours come from the bar in the Progeca logo. A line runs along the edge of every page and changes colour with the chapter: you know where you are even when flicking through. This page does the same as you scroll.

Ready for the shelf
I prepared the print files in two formats, A4 and A5, perfect-bound, with bleed and a spine calculated on the page count. The spine carries title and year: lined up, the next years’ reports will form a series, like those of AMMP and Banco delle Opere di Carità, which I laid out the same year.
